The process of fried instant noodles production line includes brine mixing metering system, mixing noodles, curing, pressing noodles, steaming noodles, frying, finishing, air cooling, conveying and packaging. The only difference between the process of non-fried instant noodles production line and the process of fried noodles production line is that the non-fried noodles line uses steam drying, not frying, so the noodles do not contain oil.
The whole machine uses steam, so a boiler is needed. The part of the contact surface is made of stainless steel and food grade conveyor belt, and the press roller is alloy cast steel, which is very hard.
Powder supply system:
According to customer requirements, we can provide direct powder feeding by sifting machine and screw conveyor or centralized automatic powder feeding. Brine mixing system:

Blending system:

Surface cutting:
The formed surface strip is continuously rolled by a multi-pass press roller to meet the requirements of a certain thickness of the surface, and then the surface cutter is cut and formed, and the sheet is automatically fed.
Facial steamer:
The corrugated noodles are sent into the steaming box on the net belt, and the noodles are gelatinized and the shape of the corrugated surface is fixed by steam heating.
Cut off the splitter:

fryer:
