Introduction

 

Introduction of instant noodle production line:  

The instant noodle production line is divided into fried instant noodle production line and non-fried instant noodle production line.  

The process of fried instant noodles production line includes brine mixing metering system, mixing noodles, curing, pressing noodles, steaming noodles, frying, finishing, air cooling, conveying and packaging.  The surface blocks can be made in square and round shapes, and the weight is determined by the customer's choice.  The whole set of equipment adopts automatic production line, such as automatic cutting, automatic folding, automatic frying box.  The production capacity of the entire production line ranges from 120,000 yuan per day (24 hours) to 1.8 million yuan for the maximum shift.  

The only difference between the process of non-fried instant noodles production line and the process of fried noodles production line is that the non-fried noodles line uses steam drying, not frying, so the noodles do not contain oil.  

The whole machine uses steam, so a boiler is needed.  The part of the contact surface is made of stainless steel and food grade conveyor belt, and the press roller is alloy cast steel, which is very hard.  

 

Work flow

Powder supply system:  

According to customer requirements, we can provide direct powder feeding by sifting machine and screw conveyor or centralized automatic powder feeding.  The flour is quickly sent to the flour mixer through positive pressure quantitative, and the sifting machine can effectively remove the debris in the flour to ensure food safety and reliability.

Brine mixing system:  

It automatically provides water dissolved with salt and other additives for the flour mixer, and supplies the water quantity according to the amount of water required for each mixing, ensuring that the salt water is supplied to the flour mixer in accordance with a certain proportion and amount, so that the flour can fully absorb water and improve the quality and taste of the noodles.

Blending system:

Surface cutting:

Facial steamer:

fryer:  

The overall design of the fryer is to ensure the frying time and frying temperature under the premise of ensuring that the noodles are fried thoroughly and formed well. 

 

Air cooler:  

The noodles fried at high temperature are cooled by strong air to cool them quickly, so that the temperature of the noodles is close to room temperature, so as to facilitate packaging and storage. 

 

Packaging system:  

Automatic bag, barrel, bowl and cup packing, automatic sealing/capping, removal of defective products, and automatic packing.
